Dear Patients,
during the night from Monday to Tuesday there was a complete crash of our computer system!
What happened?
What really happened can not be exactly reconstructed. Although we were able to back up all our data, the complete recovery will take up to 4 weeks. Therefore, it is very difficult for us to make appointments for you. This situation will probably last until the end of the week.
We are currently working hard to resume to our normal practice life and continue to do justice to all your needs and interests.
At the moment we handle your appointments with pen and paper and enter them manually into a provisionally list of appointments. As a result, we are currently extremely handicapped in terms of our processing of online appointments and the printing of recipes, processing requests, etc.
According to our IT company, most of our data will be recovered until Monday, September 23rd.
If you have an appointment with us in the next few days and have already visited our practice in the actual quarter (July to September), we still need your insurance card because the system has swallowed all the treatment data from July to the present time.
